Chuck has been licensed in Real Estate since 1978, previously owned ERA Ritchie Real Estate in Buffalo Grove, IL, is the broker in charge and is in charge of on-going training for all agents at Lake & Land Realty. He relocated in 1989 from Illinois and his sales record has exceeded $500 million in sales. He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and is focused in residential and commercial properties. Chuck enjoys traveling, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

We had moved 14 times and this is one of our favorite places which we had lived in. I became a real estate agent in 1999 and am licensed in SC & GA. In addition to real estate I am an involved member of the community. I’m a charter member of the Rotary Club of Fair Play, the Seneca Foothills Elks Lodge #2822, and for fun a member of the Red Hat Hotties of Fair Play. If you can’t find me at the office you can find me around Chickasaw Point, enjoying the lake, pool, and quiet time with Bill (my husband), Skully (our lab), Calvin, Saw-Saw and buckwheat (our cats). The proudest personal achievement in my life is my beautiful, intelligent, accomplished daughter who lives in North Carolina with her husband.
