Chuck has been licensed in Real Estate since 1978, previously owned ERA Ritchie Real Estate in Buffalo Grove, IL, is the broker in charge and is in charge of on-going training for all agents at Lake & Land Realty. He relocated in 1989 from Illinois and his sales record has exceeded $500 million in sales. He is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina and is focused in residential and commercial properties. Chuck enjoys traveling, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.

Jackie Donahue
Bob relocated from Upstate NY in 1991 and found Upstate SC to be his preference for the hobbies of fishing, hunting and golfing. He has enjoyed many Bass Fishing Tournaments in Lake Hartwell and Lake Keowee during the past twenty years and has made this area home for him and his wife Debbie along with their cat George. Richard Cowan- Richard is recently retired from Clemson University where he served for 10 years as Technical Director for the Department of Performing Arts. Richard is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. He has lived in the Upstate for more than 18 years and is well acquainted with the area. Richard is very involved with the community theatres in the area as a director and technician. He is an avid golfer, a student pilot and a grandfather six times. Richard lives in Pendleton with his very patient wife and 4 cats.
